Transportation

Due to changes in funding, NHCC will no longer be offering a gas card option for our transportation assistance [program. We will continue to open applications for bus passes on a quarterly basis. The application will be available to fill out in person or online. Applicants can receive one pass per year and priority is given to new applicants.

Dates for the 2025 Transportation Assistance Bus Pass Application are:

Please note that the NHCC DOES NOT have bus passes on hand to hand out outside of application windows.

After applying, applications are reviewed and then individuals are contacted if they will be receiving a pass or not.

Passes are then available for pick-up at the office or mailed to recipients via USPS. After passes are distributed, we CANNOT issue a second pass. This means if there are issues with the mail, we will not be sending another one.
