Memory Cafe and Healthy Living Luncheon

Third Monday of the month from 11 – 12:30pm at Neighborhood House.

A casual social gathering for people experiencing memory loss or dementia, accompanied by their family, friends, or caregivers.

This inclusive and supportive event is free of charge and open to the community, regardless of the stage of memory loss.

Spend quality time with your loved ones while staying socially connected to others.

Healthy Living Luncheon

Afterwards, Join us for the Healthy Living Luncheon from 12:30 to 1:30. Ages 50+ can Lunch and Learn as we talk about different topics surrounding healthy living

A casual gathering for older adults coffee, snacks, and lively conversation. Each week may have optional activities like bingo, art, music, discussions, or games. You can participate or simply relax and enjoy the group’s company.

WALKING CLUB

Wednesdays 10:45am

Join our Walking Club for Older Adults and Individuals with Disabilities! We will host two groups to accommodate different fitness levels: a high-intensity group for those looking to challenge themselves and a low-intensity group for a more relaxed pace.

Enjoy fresh air, community, and improve your overall health in a supportive and inclusive environment. All fitness levels are welcome!
